Making of Snowman by Mridula and Charnya

On a Wintor strom during mid december at Cincinnati, Mridula and Charnya started making Snowman in front of Shankar's home. It started raining as soon as they have started making the snow man. Watch below some of the pictures

BAPS Temple - Greater Chicago

It was a leisure Saturday evening on 13-Oct-2007, we visited BAPs -Swaminaryan Temple, which is famous for its innovative architecture in each of their temple across the workd. Krishnakumar & family also joined at the temple. We had spent around one hour in the temple and had north indian type food. Enjoyed good evening. See the outer temple in daylight and in the night.

Apple Picking

It is fall '07. It is time for Apple Picking. Mridula is excited to visit the farm field for picking fruits and Vegetables. We drove south of Chicago about 20 miles from our home. Mridula took small basket and we picked couple of big baskets. First we saw Grapes .. not good. All good ones are gone as we went late in the season. Then we went and picked vegetables (Green Chillies, Okra, Brinjal, Capcicum) and finally reached Apple trees. Although Mridula enjoyed picking the apples along with her friend (shaini), there are not much apples and it is not tasted good. We talked about our last year fall trip about Cherry picking which was great. Finally we had good Sunday out at apple picking and returned home in the evening. Thinking of teaching Mridula on making Apple Pie. Realized we our selves need coaching on this!!!!. Good day

Zoo Visit

We all went to Brookefield Zoo on 22-Sep-2007. It is sunny day. Mridula is excited to see the animals in person. Enjoyed the day. Mridula took lot of pictures and she love taking pictures. At the end, it is too tired for both of us whereas Mitty continue to play in the Zoo park and quickly made couple of friends. It is amazing to see how kids are getting energy all day.

Nitish Birthday (2007)
